Join us for a morning of professional networking and collaborative discourse! Our speaker will be LaToya Hyler, Volunteer Resources Manager at Nauticus. She will be presenting an acclaimed volunteer management seminar titled: Beyond the 3 R's - Volunteer Management with a Twist.

About the Presenter:

LaToya Hyler
Volunteer Resources Manager, Nauticus
LaToya began her service journey as an AmeriCorps National Preparedness and Response Corps member in 2004. Her service background has led to her passion and belief that volunteers are the backbone of nonprofits. LaToya lived in Philadelphia and Chicago managing volunteer programs for the American Red Cross and the Greater Chicago Food Depository. She has delivered presentations at the Center for Nonprofit Learning in Chicago, the Illinois Conference on Volunteerism, the Virginia Volunteerism and Service Conference and frequently facilitates volunteer orientation and training. A graduate of Temple University with a degree in communications, LaToya has obtained a Certification in Volunteer Administration and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
